Objective

The Association has the following Objectives

1. Promote the conducting of enterprises business in connection with getting the 
contract for the installation, product, distribution of electrical appliances, electronic, 
communication instruments and mechanical devices.

2. Support and assist members to remedy the obstacles, objections as well as 
making negotiations with other parties for mutual benefits in conducting enterprises 
business of the members. Monitoring and following the movement of trade markets, 
Rendering local and international electrical and mechanical contracting service to 
facilitate the conducting of trade, industry, finance or economy.

3. Becoming the technical exchange centre amongst all members, federation on 
electrical and mechanical from overseas along with promoting and supporting the 
educational research on electrical and mechnical fields.

4. Enter into agreement or the establishment of rules and regulations for the 
member to comply with or refrain from acting for the orderliness of conducting 
enterprises businesses of the members.

5. Not engaging in any political undertaking.

6. Achievement for public benefits.

7. Promotion of health, sporting activities and occasional entertainments.

8. Raising electrical and mechanical contracting standard to be efficient and safety 
oriented.

9. The association shall make the sales, transfer, mortgage, pledge, exchange, hire 
purchase for the association benefits on the sales, transfer, mortgage, pledge, 
exchange, hire purchase.



วัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคมช่างเหมาไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกลไทย

1. ส่งเสริมการประกอบ วิสาหกิจประเภทเกี่ยวกับ การรับเหมาติดตั้ง ผลิต จำหน่ายอุปกรณ์
ไฟฟ้า เครื่องอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สื่อสาร และเครื่องกล

2. สนับสนุน ช่วยเหลือสมาชิก แก้ไขอุปสรรค ข้อขัดข้องต่างๆ รวมทั้งทำความเจรจา ตกลง
กับบุคคลภายนอก เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ในการประกอบ วิสาหกิจของสมาชิก สอดส่อง  
และติดตามความเคลื่อนไหว ของตลาดการค้า การจ้างเหมาไฟฟ้า และเครื่องกลทั้งภายใน 
และภายนอกประเทศ เพื่ออำนวยประโยชน์ แก่การประกอบธุรกิจ การค้าอุตสาหกรรม การเงิน 
หรือเศรษฐกิจ

3. เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลาง แลกเปลี่ยนวิทยาการ ในหมู่สมาชิก , สหพันธ์เกี่ยวกับไฟฟ้า และ
เครื่องกลจากต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งการส่งเสริ มและสนับสนุนการศึกษา วิจัย งานอาชีพ
ด้านไฟฟ้า และเครื่องกล

4. ทำความตกลง หรือวางระเบียบ ให้สมาชิกปฏิบัติ หรืองดเว้นการปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้การประกอบ
วิสาหกิจ ของสมาชิกได้ดำเนินการ ไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย

5. ไม่ดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องทางการเมือง

6. ดำเนินการเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์

7. ส่งเสริมพลานามัย กีฬา และจัดงานบันเทิงเป็นครั้งคราว

8. ยกมาตรฐาน การจ้างเหมาไฟฟ้า และเครื่องกล ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นไปด้วยความ
ปลอดภัย

9. ให้สมาคม ขาย โอน จำนอง จำนำ แลกเปลี่ยน เช่าซื้อ เพื่อประโยชน์ของสมาคมฯ 
โดยมิใช่เป็นการขาย โอน จำนอง จำนำ แลกเปลี่ยน เช่าซื้อ เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้า
